Fatima makes these beautiful melting onions with currents as a sauce/accompaniment to her chicken. We can not get enough of them! For the holidays I turned them into a “jam” .  Now they are the perfect addition to a cheese plate or a grilled cheese. Add them to a chicken salad. Serve next to a roasted chicken or pork. Make them part of a spreads and breads platter. This is crazy, but I love savory for breakfast and I eat them on my Sunshine Grains
