1st course -choose 1

• Parsnip Soup with fiddlehead pesto

• Salad of local mixed greens with sherry-balsamic vinaigrette

• Bangs Island Mussels with leeks & herbs

• Creamed Lobster Broth with spinach gnocchi

2nd course -choose 1

• Chicken stir-fry with asparagus, peas & mushrooms with vermouth & cream + lemon rice

• Brazilian Seafood Stew with native shrimp and cod

• House Fettuccine with all that is spring vegetables, very light cream and herbs add shrimp or salmon + $5

Dessert -choose 1

• Pound Cake with strawberries, rhubarb & lemon curd

• French Chocolate Pudding layered with Italian butterscotch pudding + a cookie
