SAaLT & Libby’s has been crafting sustainable and thoughtful food since 1997. We are a family-owned business. Our menu is worldly and dynamic, drawing influence from travels abroad and a celebration of locally sourced ingredients. We offer dinner service 5 days a week. We partner with a strong network of farmers to offer guests a seasonal, fresh, and unexpected approach to dining. The relationships we build with our community, employees and suppliers are everything to us.

Chef
Full-Time Hourly, 5-days/week
The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate:

Has 3+ years of cooking experience in a fine dining restaurant.

Is able to carefully manage a station from prep to service.

Has a thorough knowledge of fish, meat, vegetables and grain cookery.

Has excellent communication and time management skills.
Job Requirements:

Creativity and a passion for continual improvement.

Eagerness to assist Chef Manager and Chef Owner facilitate a smooth and efficient kitchen.

Understands importance of maintaining clean, sanitized workstations at all times.

Ready to support other areas of the kitchen as needed.

Culinary school education or certification is a plus.
BAKER
Full-Time Hourly, 5-days/week
The Ideal Candidate:

Has 2+ years of experience in a bakery producing quality bread and pastry;

Has pride in their work and careful attention to detail;
-
Is always curious how to make something better and willing to do the work to make it so; and

Is collaborative, adaptable and passionate about creating delicious food.
